Windows 11 is the latest iteration form Microsoft. All though MS previously said they will not lunch any major version of Windows after 10 but Recently announced Windows 11 says other wise. The rise of portable and hand held devices that forced MS to lunch touch friendly OS as Windows 10 not really made for Touch devices. So Microsoft recently announced release date of Windows 11 and is now releasing as preview and dev builds to Insiders .
Not everyone, will be able to participate in the Insider program, because the new Windows 11 has some unrealistic system requirements than Windows 10.Its requires TPM(trusted platform module) and Secure Boot to to enable on the system , which is unnecessary for Dev or beta releases.
But as always there are few way to install windows to any hardware you want. here are some ways you can bypass MS requirement
Method 1. Registry hacks
- Download Iso file and make into bootable USB.
- Start the Windows 11 installation until you see “This PC can’t run Windows 11 “
- Press Shift + F10
- At the Command Prompt type in regedit, and press Enter.
- Go to Computer \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup
- Right-click on Setup and click New > Key Name LabConfig
- Click onLabConfig, then right-click on the right pane, and click New > DWORD(32-bit) value.
- Name that BypassTPMCheck
- Double-click on ByPassTPMCheck and change the Value data to 1 and press OK.
- Again, create two more DWORDS and change the Value data to 1 just like you did above and name them BypassRAMCheck and BypassSecureBootCheck
Close the Registry Editor and Type “exit” and press Enter in the Command Prompt.
Now you can install windows 11 like any other windows installations
Method 2. Using windows 10 installer USB
Things you need
- Windows 11 ISO Image File
- Windows 10 Bootable USB Drive
- A working Windows 10 computer
- USB Flash Drive of at least 8 GB
Now follow this step
- First, mount Windows 11 ISO Image File using windows default mount.
- Now, open the mounted Windows 11 ISO File and then go to “sources” folder and then search for the “install.wim” file and copy it.
- Insert your Windows 10 Bootable Drive into your PC and open the “sources” folder of Windows 10 USB. Replace the file in the destination “install.wim” to sources folder.
That’s all, it will bypass all Windows 11 system requirements whether you are using “Legacy BIOS” or “UEFI BIOS” firmware for your system.
